CNC Turning Department
We currently have 7 CNC Turning machines offering up to 7 Axis capabilities. Our Flagship machine the Okuma Multus is one of the most powerful machines that can be found in Alberta. Our full complement machines including our Mori Sieki NL Machine which boasts full turning and milling with a Y axis. With the Kia and the Spinner also having live tooling we have a impressive collection of machines to takle the wide variety of work our customers require us to do. Live tooling allows us to remove 2 or 3 extra setups on the milling operations so we remain very competitive often reducing pricing after intial setups. Our two Okuma Heritage machines are our work horses running day in day out churning out part after part and mainting tolerances of .0005" or better.
